*Our castles are for Childrens use only, Unless stated.

*Sizes are approx & are measured at the external part of the Inflatable.

*Safety Mats, Power Leads, Ground Stakes/Sandbags Etc are all supplied Inclusive, Castles & Inflatables will be erected by us unless arranged.

*Overnight hire & Discounted two day hire available.

*Discounts available for more than one unit hired at the same time.

*If Castle / Inflatable is being used on Concrete/Hard Surface/Gravel etc..  please advise us when booking.

*We offer real value for money & will try and beat any other genuine Quote !!!

*Our Telephone line is open everyday between 9am - 7pm (Mar to Dec), Due to the nature of our Business We No longer  accept Telephone calls made from With-held Numbers.

*Our delivery times are usually Between 8-11am & Collection Between 6-8pm, These times are not approx & used as a guide Only. However we can be flexible and fully understand if you are hiring a hall or only need the Equipment for a certain time - Call Us , I'm sure we can Help ...

*It is the hirer's full Responsibility at all times to supervise the hired Equipment. People using our Equipment do so strictly at their own Risk.

*Hire-a-Castle are not responsible for any person(s) using hired equipment under any circumstances & the hirer should take out their own liability Insurance if in any doubt.

*The hirer will be fully responsible for the loss of any equipment during the period of the hire.

*Please respect our equipment & keep in a good clean condition, Cleaning Cost to equipment May be charged if excessive.

*Ballpool balls should be placed back in the sacks provided in good time ready for collection. A fee will be charged if our staff have to do this task or wait around for this to be done.

*Make sure our staff can easily access the site, If we need to take an inflatable unit through a Building/House to access the garden or use a staircase etc. Please advise when booking.

*Clear a suitable space prior to delivery,Remove any obstruction. We will not errect Childrens Play equipment on gardens fouled by dogs/Cats etc - Please clean before we arrive!

*In excessive Windy weather conditions we may be unable to errect equipment for safety reasons.

*Rain Covers are suitable for light showers, In heavy rain the inflatable may get wet.We are unable to offer refunds in this situation.

*Our No Fee Cancellation terms only applies if you give a minimum of 1 hours notice before expected delivery, If we attempt delivery a Fee of £15 will be Charged to cover fuel costs & Wages.
